Those order documents control if they conflict with these general website terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, project, and shipping information. You are responsible for reviewing the details you submit and for promptly telling us about any correction.

You represent that you own, control, or have permission to use and reproduce every logo, name, image, design, trademark, insignia, and other material you submit. You authorize us and our production partners to use those materials as reasonably necessary to prepare quotes, create proofs, manufacture products, and fulfill your order.

We may decline work that we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or inconsistent with our business standards.

Custom products may be produced from an approved proof. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, colors, dimensions, artwork, quantities, and other proof details before approval. Production and any correction or remake are subject to the terms in the applicable order documents.

You may not use the website or online services to:

• violate any law or another person’s rights;
• submit malicious code, automate abusive requests, or interfere with site security;
• misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation; or
• attempt to access accounts, proofs, files, or systems without authorization.

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, design, graphics, photographs, software, and other content are owned by Artistic Custom Badges and Coins or used with permission. You may use the website for your own legitimate evaluation and purchasing needs, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or exploit its content without permission.
